The hotel was clean and the room was well furnished. The room with carpet. The location was unbeatable and excellent, to the city's shopping mall in the area, convenient to go everywhere. Greatly enjoyed this brand-new property, and we would stay there again.

Overall the room was fashionable and soundproof. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of great food. The staff was very welcoming, amicable all the time. This was a stunning location really close to the stores and restaurants.

The first 5 star hotel where everything was perfect and clean. The restaurant had nice meals. Had reasonably large room with carpet and wake-up service was available in it. All the staff was immensely pleasant and very welcoming, tackled my issues. The location was amazing and perfect in a shopping area, very close to too many coffee shops & restaurants and nice cafe and shops malls and Taksim.

The room was large and brand-new, with with a charming view and an amazing shower and balcony. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent to order something from the bar or restaurant. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

The hotel is beautiful designed, nestled in a nice building with soundproof rooms. The place has amazing and absolutely perfect location to order something from the bar or restaurant. The outdoor restaurant serves fine food. Every time we stay in Istanbul, like to stay here.

We liked the convenience of the standard king room with excellent amenities. Exceptionally pleasant and very welcoming staff, provided useful info. The hotel was in the very central setting to Osmanbay metro station about which can take you to Taksim Square.

Views were pretty bad.

Comfy bed, spotlessly clean bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe in the room. Delicious breakfast with savoury food. Well-mannered staff, great service.
